I do not think I would recommend David's bridal to any soon to be brides. I think since they're one of the only ones around, they can treat people poorly. Even the managers, never smile. Today, I stood at the front poddium for 5-10 minutes, before being greeted. Just walked past. Before this, my dress had issues, I was told they were too busy to handle it that day. Really terrible customer service. No need to be disrespectful to paying customers. Worst Davids Bridal I've ever been too. Get nicer employees.

David's Bridal in Harbison claimed they "couldn't find" my sisters dress. So after we had our appointment at 2 the associates spent 30 minutes trying to locate the dress. They then said "Oh sorry, it was behind the register." Our stylist disappeared after my sister had tried on the dress and we literally had to get another stylist to locate her. HORRIBLE customer service. It's not even worth the cheaper prices. Spend the extra money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

I bought a dress here. Because I loved it. Not the experience. It was the first time I had ever been to Davids Bridal. And I should have read the reviews first. The consultant I was assigned was no help at all. And consistently tried to get me to get a dress that was two sizes too big for me. And after she figured out I was not gonna be persuaded she backed off and didn't say anything else the whole appt. except for when it was time for me to leave. Everyone else was really nice.

When I first began shopping for my wedding dress I was so excited, I got to davids bridal and found the perfect dress during my very first fitting, sadly my dress was The only thing that was perfect from this place. Despite all the bad things I had heard about them I still went there. I definitely learned my lesson, when I went back for alterations they had ordered me the wrong size, the alterations lady went to grab her manager and had us waiting for a while, when the manager came back all she said was I needed to come back... read more

Avoid Davids Bridal on Military highway like the plague. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. We walked in to look around and the older women at the entrance proceeded to act like we were some disgusting people and that we did not belong there. She proceeded to chastise us about what we were looking for after we said we were browsing and told us to stay away from certain areas ?(as in we clearly could not afford them sort of impression). Very pushy associate, budget was stated at the beginning of the visit and although some dresses were within the budget the associate kept bringing add on items that were all above the stated budget. A bridesmaid and myself actually found my daughters perfect dress under the budget.

Went in for a fitting for a brides made dress. 1. Appointment was made ahead of time. They were unprepared. They could not find me or my friend in the system. 2. Despite how much contact my friend had with them within the previous 24-48 hours, I would think they could easily find her on file. Got to the point we had to call her. Then they still had some trouble? 3. Was told to wait in the back near the fitting rooms. So I took a seat. After 10 mins of waiting, I had to ask them to assist me.
