When I made my appointment I was excited to go and try dresses on for my big day. I went in with my mom, bridesmaids, and mother in law my appointment was at 5:30pm and I was there 5 minutes early I let the ladies know I had an appointment and everyone was on time. When 5:30pm rolled around no one helped us and we were just standing waiting for help. I went on a Saturday and the service was terrible. Rushed, rude, told our appointment was done 90 mins before it was (2apts bridesmaids and then bride). She didn't listen to what I was looking for and kept bringing dresses that were not what I want. Didn't receive discount that was later given after visiting Maple Grove. Ended up with a cheap prom dress. Returned Monday night and had a much better experience. **Update: Don't get a credit card through David's Bridal if you can afford it. They do not allow you to choose the due date of your payments and are absolutely inflexible to change it. I already have other bills that cannot be moved on the first of the month, and now I need to pay this bill with that same check because David's Bridal and Comenity Bank REFUSE to change the due date by two days. Went last Sunday to look for mother of the bride dresses with an appointment. We were directed to the area. Told there was no stylist...why did we make an appointment then. There were about a dozen dresses to choose from.the manager came over and asked if we needed a room. That was the last time we saw anyone. Unless you are a bride, look online or shop elsewhere

I am a bridesmaid in a late April wedding. The bride booked an appointment time in January, and we were early/on time. We had to wait a few minutes, but were patient since it was a busy time for them. Once we got settled, the associate must have been new because she wasn't completely on top of our needs and what should have taken us maybe a half hour, took an hour, THEN we were at the front desk for another hour. Another bad experience in a line of awful experiences. The evening manager "blossom" is extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending. Not just to me but the other bridesmaids in the wedding party. I can't believe she is a manager and leads a team of people. I am hoping to speak to the district manager tomorrow about my experience.

Poorly trained employees. Tried to sell us what they called a NEW wedding dress that was clearly not new. Then said we could no longer get it because it was discontinued. They said the NEW one was from another store so basically they lied. Then one of our brides maids is pregnant so we opted to wait to get her dress till she has the baby. They said this would be ok however the store called today and said this could not be done. The only reason they get one star from me because they won't let you give a negative number. They don't tell you about the 10% restocking fee that they charge you even if they don't have to restock it because you never took it out of the store. Then they send you a check that they say you can use to pay the amount on credit card then when you put the check in your account they stop payment on it causing you to get overdraft fees if you don't check your account in time.
