I found the dress that I am going to get married in and am absolutely in love with it. However, our consultant was not helpful at all and paid little to no attention to me. I was zipping and buttoning my own dresses and hanging them back up. I showed her several pictures of dresses that I found on their website that I wanted or hoped she would find similar dresses for me. We had such great help with my daughter dress shopping for her big day ...so much fun and tears . She found The Dress <3 Thank all of the girls who helped us through this process in the Fayetteville store , great group of women .
Sad to say I brought my dress from there 6 years ago and suggested my sister do the same. The consultant was rude, left and had us waiting 30 mins before we found out she was gone for the day. Another consultant came to help. Better yet to watch because she did nothing. Didn't help my sister in or out her dress. Worst service I've ever experienced.
Walking in was NOT a good experience at all!! I had a 1 o'clock appt. When I get there, I was NOT greeted. Then got in line to get attended too. While waiting, other ppl walks in, and they get greeted and when the front desk was done helping the ppl that were in front of me, she then turns to them and says "hello, how can I help you." I will never go back there again I had the worse experience ever..rude, didn't give me want I wanted made me make an appointment to have the assistant keep helping other people..disappointed in my whole experience
The lady who helped us was not friendly at all...she was trying to help too many people at one time
