Worst experience I have ever had helping any of my friends shop for a wedding dress! We ended up finding something we all liked but it was no thanks to the lady helping us. We had made an appointment and still she was working with us and 2 other people at the same time!! She wasent able to give our bride any help in any way. Also, there was only 2 chairs available for us and not one time did anyone offer to get chairs for the other 2 people in our group. Horrible experience and horrible representative and manager. BEWARE of DAVIDS BRIDAL!!!! I went to Davids bridal last weekend and had a horrible experience. First the representative told us as we were looking at the bridesmaids dresses there was only one rack of dresses to pick from . Out of this huge store we can only pick from one rack of dresses. I found my dress yesterday thanks to Vertoria! She was sweet, patient, and very helpful! I give five stars to her service! I wish the store had a larger selection, but she was fantastic!
EXCELLENT service. Had an emergency and needed to change my colors and dress and these ladies were AWESOME! SO glad I came back. Also purchase my gown from here. The associates pretty much read my mind and knew what I loved!
We didn't get treated and helped the way others was been helped didn't have help to even sip up a dress...I think the people could have been more helpful than they was...
Unfortunately, it wasnt a great experience. Bride, mother of the bride & 5 attendents all found beautiful dresses. However, one of consultant's (not ours) was rude, arrogant and plain nasty and has no business being in that industry where it should have been a Happy, stress free experience. We did our best to keep it from the bride but it was very obvious to everyone around. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
It was the worst !! We went in just to look and maybe try on a dress or two and we're told no fitting rooms would be available until later that evening. Then we asked if we could just look and we were told yes so we started to look and another lady walked up to us and said we have scheduled you in for 3 pm you can go get lunch and come back then . It is sad cuz there is nice dresses there but customer service is very bad, I prefer to go somewhere else and be treated with respect! Girls act like they don't need our business, also they are very rude. In 2 min I was out the door, no need to be treated like that....I was very happy at Mariella's creation and I got my wedding dress there.
