I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. This shop sold me THE WRONG SHOES. There were 5 bridesmaids in this wedding. The other 4 had matching shoes. MINE WERE WRONG AND FUGLY. I was shunted to the back of all group photos because of my odd shoes. When I took them back to complain and get my money back THEY REFUSED and accused me of needing to know what shoe it was despite LIVING OUT OF STATE. Jerks. Buy NOTHING from these scam artists. Minimum selection, zero assistance and when I said we come from a small school with only a winter formal the girl shrugged and said maybe you should try another store. Won't be back.

My daughter found her dress and under her budget so that was good. The consultant was very nice. And helped my daughter thoroughly. As for the lady that checked us out....we were clearly just another customer that needed to pay. She lacked a lot in customer service. I will not recommend this place at all. I was very disappointed in how she handled the final process. The dress will need to be altered and we will have someone else do it.

The consultant had multiple clients which was bad to start with and then on top of that she was very rude. On the other hand the manager saved the appointment by helping out instead which she was good. Overall the experience was not good.
