Had a pretty bad appointment today. I planned on just coming in for a bussel because when I originally first got the dress on July they said it was a perfect length and fit. So I come in today to find out I'm having to have my entire dress hemmed. And bussel. And on another note they didn't order my under garments for the dress, so I had to spend another 100 dollars for that. What kind of person doesn't order the under garments for the dress? I got my wedding dress from here and it was a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. When I went back with my bridesmaids yesterday that was NOT the case. Everything was great until our consultant found out my girls were waiting to order dresses for a few months. After that she got super rude with us, and then just left! She flat out walked away from us and never came back. She was with us for a total of 30 minutes tops and I had an actual appointment. When my bridesmaids and I decided to purchase a Gold Metallic F17063M long, one shoulder dress, we were certain that this dress would be a beautiful gold shimmery dress. Beautiful... yes, gold or metallic... no. This dress comes in a Biscotti color with a hint of gold highlights at the top. Every time I've been in here it has been a horrible experience scared they are going to mess my whole order for my bridesmaid dresses. Horrible service disgusted with this place!! So glad I didn't order my dress from here! Customer service is clearly not a priority.
The absolute worst place ever to get a dress. Everyone in the green bay location should be fired. It was the biggest waste of money. The employees are insulting, not helpful and are just plane crabby. Neither me or my wife or wedding party are happy with anything they have done with the dress and all they do is charge you more and more money like money hungry ******. I will never recommend anyone going here and wasting there money.
