I started with Mary as my bridal consultant 2 months ago and she was absolutely wonderful. A cheerleader and she truly made me feel special as I should. Yesterday my experience with my bridesmaids was just awful. Our consultant(will leave her name out) was very unprofessional looking down to her undressed sloppy bun to her clothing. She left us numerous times, even in the midst of taking an order and walked away for 10+ minutes at a time. I loved my first experience, which was why I came back!!! I think they could have had given us better service. Even though the manager did help us. After I went up to the desk and ask for one. I think it's rude that the girl helping you gives you dresses you didn't even ask for. And didn't come back to check on us. Until I talked to the manager. I have went in there three times now. All three times I received terrible service. Even after I called the manager Jenna and complained. The first time I went I was waiting on by Kayla. She was very rude, left us alone most of the time and only showed me three gowns. I told her I wanted a train and she only showed me one gown that had a train. The staff was great, I do think the lady that checks in the events was very rude when I asked her if she could call someone to check us out ( we had been waiting about 10 min. ) it's not what she said, it's the way she said it.
At first things were good..then went downhill. The selection of dresses I gave to my attendant were not available due to not having in stock. So out of 10 I got to try on 4. Then nothing else was even offered to me to try on. I am a mother of the bride. You would think after the bride has purchased her dress and three of the bridesmaids are purchasing also the service would be a bit better. People are generally nice. The bridal dresses were limited in what we were looking for. Low backs didn't really exist. Bridesmaid dresses were also limited, almost all had waists starting just below the bust. Yes we looked online first, but we're hoping they had more in stock.
I got my bridesmaid dress from this location and it had a stain on it, that almost looked like a black sharpie mark. I noticed at the time of alteration measurements and I was ensured that it would be fixed by the time I came back to pick it up. When I picked it up it fit great, but the stain was still there. They tried everything that they could to get it off and nothing worked. The manager was great and did everything she could to fix the problem. Horrible customer service! Was treated poorly, the ceiling was caving in so I had to change rooms twice, the girl didn't listen to me AT ALL, just horrible!
