They were 30 minutes late on our appointment, the sales person/consultant was very commission driven after repeating our budget every time she brought a dress, she kept bringing dresses that were several hundred dollars over budget, she acted tired, frustrated and like if we weren't willing to break the bank to buy a thousand plus dollar dress we were wasting her time...she never did show us a dress in our price range and we did not buy a dress there and won't be going back.
Customer service is seriously lacking and the hidden fees are disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. Id create a paragraph on how disappointed I am but all you have to do is scroll down to see countless more bad experiences.
Worst customer service ever!! The manager is the rudest person I have ever had to do business with. When we bought my daughter's dress the sales girls were just wonderful but the dress needed alterations. We went in today for the alterations and they gave me a different price than the one quoted when we made the appt. I didn't care about the difference in price-I cared that the manager was rude to me. When I explained we were on a budget-she had the audacity to say that she lives on a budget, too. Who cares??? Good news :-) ... read more
What a dump! Seriously , the bridal wear equivalent of Wal-Mart. Terrible service today went I in, the sales woman was insulting and rude!
Went to David's bridal last night with my fiance and our two bridesmaids. I was very disappointed in the customer service we received. We had a consultant named CJ who seem like we were a burden to. We showed her a few dresses that we had like and wanted our girls to try on. She only found two of them and the one she showed us was it a size two and you can obviously see that all girls were not a size 2. We found the one dress they tried on ourselves. Disappointed! My first time shopping as a bride was horrible! I was never shown the bridal showcase and I waited about 45 minutes until I met with a stylist. When I finally met with a stylist, she disappeared. My bridesmaids and I did everything on out own. I was disappointed. I didn't give up because I found a dress I fell in love with. You all have some of the Rudest "customer service/sales reps" in person and by phone.
This is a review of my trip on 10/23/16, not of my opinion of the store overall. We went in for my cousin's first bridal appointment. While it took awhile to get started , Jennifer the consultant, asked her the right questions and picked out dresses to help my cousin narrow down what she wanted. She got her a corset to wear then helped the bride next to us. I never understand how they think you can put on a corset yourself, but as Matron of honor, I helped her.
