I came to davids bridal for bridesmaid dresses back in April. I already had the dress picked out we just needed to get everyone size. The consultant that was working with us was okay in the beginning but after 20 mins of helping us she just walked away for about 30 mins we couldn't find her to get her help. Horrible customer service. Went for a bridesmaids dress and was treated poorly. Would not buy from them unless I had to.
I felt bad for Jamie...she was trying to help many clients all at the same time when there seemed to be plenty of other help. I'm not sure how they work it either. The rooms still had dresses hanging in them from the past clients. I felt crowded in the area we all were in so Jamie could try to accommodate us all.
HORRIBLE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, HONEY. I've said the same thing on the corporate page, since this is applicable to both this location AND the Tulsa store. The only difference is that the Tulsa store owned up and took care of my bridesmaid in a blink of an eye, while this one dragged the problem on for over a week. This organization has poor incompetent customer service who do not know their policies well nor how to work with people without a bad attitude. My daughter was out of state in college at oral Roberts university therefore came home on weekends to conduct business occasionally. Bought gown was told good fit; no slip no bra. Ordered my dress for my son's wedding October 15, 2016 destination wedding from this location on July 29. Was told the dress would be in on September 23. Called on September 24 and was told dress was estimated to be delivered to the store by October 7. I asked if they would be able to do the needed alterations to the dress and they said no we need 3 weeks.
