We have been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for someone to show up. We had a 9am appointment and it's now 10:10 am and no show. No call saying they were not going to open. No sign on the door. Nothing.

There's not enough room to write all the problems we had with my dress as well as my moms . All the trips from west hills and nothing done ... having dress reordered and fitting me in a dress that's all wrinkled ... communication was horrible a problem every time we came in ... my wedding is tomorrow and they had just fired the alterations guy without notifying us and dresses were not touched ... 4 hours later � again the emotional stress taking away the happy experience ... this place really needs revamping and a minimal co... read more
The customer service here is ridiculous! And they screwed up my alterations which in turn, caused my dress to be stepped on and ripped from the bustle on my big day! I will not recommend them to anyone!

Well my soon to b daughter n law went to get her dress today...wedding is the 28th of this month mind you.....and there was a pen mark on it!!! Wth?!?! For what she paid!!!! You would think staff would of had it perfect for her on her perfect day. And it gets even better....they hope to have it ready for her on the 28th!!!! Wth?!?! Hope?!?! That's the wedding day!!!!!!! Thanks so much for stressing her out and I will be sure to share our experience.

DAVID'S BRIDAL, two thumps down! Stopped there last weekend in a desperate attempt to find a pair or dressy shoes. Found something I kinda liked but not crazy about.
