If i had not already fallen in love with my dress i would have walked out with out it and just got my money back. I was never measured for a size of the right dress i was just pushed to the back burner.... but it gets far far worse then that. before they ordered my dress they would not even measure me to verify it fits.... said it was put in that way and cant change it now. so i got a call my dress was in, guess what IT DOES NOT FIT!!!!!!!! It's been hard these last few weeks dealing with an issue in my life that has been challenging. Today was especially hard, so I've decided to voice my concern through Facebook in hopes that my "issue" will get better. This place is a damn JOKE....... on two separate occasions we purchased dresses from here and took it to the lady who does our alterations and once the dress was taken out of the plastic for the first time since purchasing and in better lighting { b/c if you have been back in the dressing rooms you would know the lighting is terrible } there were stains all over the dresses. $200 dollar dresses have stains all over them. Worst experience at a bridal store I've ever had. I've been with several bridesmaids and for myself. I recently had a great experience at David's Bridal in Bowling Green and my appointment ran very smoothly. My experience with my sister was a completely different story. My sister picked out several online from David's bridals favorites. They didn't have any of the dresses pulled. They made us look through the dresses ourselves. I repeat do not ever use David's Bridal for anything they lost my sisters dress, butchered every alteration, discontinued her dress with out any warning. The Manager Kathleen at the massapequa location was a disgrace and rude! The corporate office did absolutely nothing not even an apology! Please copy and share this post!
