Worst experience ever! Do not get your alterations done here. I got married in September and my first alteration was so bad (unevenly cut and terrible bustle) they had to reorder me a brand new dress and start from scratch less than 3 weeks before the wedding. I had purchased the dress 6 months in advance, so the poor timing was none of my doing, it was their "protocol" for alterations that you come in for final fitting 3 weeks before. My daughter found a dress for a great price and most of the people were very nice. However, the consultant we were assigned to wasn't much help. We made an appt but that was totally not necessary.
I had an amazing experience at the Ft. Wayne store with Emma. She listened to me and helped me realize what I wanted. She was also patient and gave me one on one attention. I had fun and got the dress I always dreamed of. They also are allowing me to put my dress on layaway and honoring their sale price of the preservation kit the day my dress is paid for. Me siento mal por mis Amigas y yo misma Tratandonos tantos vestidos, para que al final no tubieran el color que escoji. Aparte de estarme tratando vestidos trate unos Velos Y la persona que supuestamente me estava atendiendo me quita el velo, para que lo usara otra persona, me senti tan mal, y nunca lo devolvieron. Creo que deverian tener mas jente competente porque David Bridal Es una compañia international Estoy pensando en ablar para la xompañia y recojer nuestro dinero Que trizte. I've had to come back and change my review. Getting my wedding dress through David's bridal was amazing see below. Getting my Bridesmaids dresses through David's Bridal has been nothing but a headache and has caused more stress than there ever should have been! Staff were very helpful during my two visits. Witnessed the lady at the front desk being rude to another customer, but it did not ruin my experience. L. Michele and Ciara were the best!
Made appointment... Checked in... the lady was rude as hell.... My consultant Lisa was very nice but was also working with several other customers which was not her fault.... They are so understaffed which left us doing everything our self....Said yes to the dress.... Ordered the one I wanted.... Got email dress was in need to pickup in 7 days.... Worst day of my life! Their customer service is horrible , I'm supposed to get married this weekend and they don't know where my bridesmaids dresses are, I wish I knew how bad this place is before I spend money here!
Not one person ask me if I needed help with anything - disappointed in the show selection as well as being over priced - in fact about 3 different workers walked right by me and not once ask me if I needed help - so I walked out!
