Completely ignored by employees. Then placed us in dressing room between two large groups of brides... terrible experience. Won't be visiting this location again. Plus, parking was literally THE WORST!

I love davids bridal but a woman named Shannon followed me around the entire time and was very rude.
Stay away from this place! Bride never received her dress until a week before wedding, flower girls dress came with a clasp in a bag that they couldn't even be bothered to sew it on! Horrible !
I made an appointment with the David's Bridal at the Keneston location through the wedding expo, when I arrived as per my coupon/appointment card they had no record of my appointment. My bridesmaids & mother picked out dresses that were close to being "the dress" and when talking to the associate about what I might like in comparison she brought me items that weren't as attractive. This place has the worst customer service ever! On more than one occasion I have been treated like I'm not good enough to shop there and this time when I ordered a dress they specifically asked me for my phone number to call me as soon as it came in. Then when we go to pick it up tonight we are told well they email you and if you don't email them back they call the bride? If I didn't give an email address, how did you email me? Went in yesterday to look for a cocktail dress for an upcoming benefit event. They did not.offer any help, suggestions, rude when I asked questions. So.instead of purchasing a beautiful dress, left and will go.somewhere where they offer courtesy to all buys not just brides. And I am sure the dress I was ready to purchase was more than the gowns being tried on at thay time. Oh well, their loss.
We booked appointments for my daughter and her bridesmaids at the Wedding Expo and received appointment cards. When they called to confirm, the times they confirmed did not match our appointment cards. When we arrived for our appointments, they didn't have us scheduled at all. I joined my niece Kewana King for her first fitting and to help her select her wedding gown. The sales person seemed to be a little preoccupied not attentive to the needs of Kewana. She never looked at her on line profile, because she asked Kewana what type/style of dress she wanted. She only picked three dress for her. I called to reschedule my appointment for a few hours later than planned, and the girl I spoke to said they were slow and to not worry about it -- That to just come in when I can. My appointment was for 1:30pm and we came in around 3pm. No one greeted us so we just looked around. When I was ready to try on dresses, I found a person to ask for a fitting room.
