I don't usually right reviews but this one definitely needs to be told.....after reading other reviews on here I see its a recurring problem with this piece of crap so called bridal store. My daughter bought her wedding dress from here and agree to have it altered as well..today when she went to pick it up and try it on she was less than happy..the dress has 2 nice stains on the dress and where they put the cups in for the bra I think they must have been drinking or let a 2 year old do it.....it's horrible to say the least..... read more
Worst experience with alterations. They ruined my wedding dress experience completely after ripping me off $350. I couldn't even let them finish my dress!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! One of the worst things is I asked to have my fabric saved when I went in they gave me fabric to the wrong dress and told me it was mine!! The fabric is only 1 out of about 10 things that went wrong with my dress!!! Going back later this month to tell them everything that went wrong. I had a horrible experience there. Found the perfect wedding dress but notices some dirty areas on it. Sales person assured me it would be spot cleaned and the beading checked. The dress would be ready in two weeks. Went back two weeks later. Beading not check nor was dressed clean. Store manage said she signed off on it... Really? Had to point out the areas that weren't clean and in the process found other areas. I left the dress for me more week. Went back in and checked the dress again. Well same thing. So, my fiancé and I are getting married on Friday. We had an absolute meltdown last night because of a dress issue. We called the DB that we purchased the dress from to see if we could do a simple exchange. Apparently they aren't fond of that practice. They did not have nearly close to what we where looking for. There selection was very small and basic. The staff was nice. That was all. But the dress I was looking for they told me to come back after Homecoming. I was looking for a dress with a corset backing. I can't wait that long.
