My experience was aweful. The girl helping kept pulling dress styles that I did not like or did not feel comfortable in. She did not care about the styles I liked. She got mad when I said I did not like the dresses she pulled. She was rude to my family and my bridesmaids. I had booked an appointment for my bridesmaids and she didnt even help them. When we mentioned that we had a poor experience, the staff didn't say anything. This place has by far the worst customer service!
Was very disappointed with the customer service I didn't receive. I purchased a maid of honor and mother of the bride dress (Vera Wang) Received an email stating our dresses were ready for pickup, when I picked them up they were extremely wrinkled as if they were pulled right out of the shipping box and or bag and placed on hanger and put into garment bag...I'm sorry but as much as I paid for my dresses they could have steamed them and had them presentable. I would not go back or recommend them to anyone.
We felt anything but welcome here. The experience i had today was appalling. We were early for our appointment and were told we would have to wait. As the bride came in she was told we would be able to be waited on soon and to take a look at dresses. So we started pulling dresses that we liked and would like to try on. After we were standing there with dresses, we were told we would have to wait the hour until our actual appointment time AFTER we already pulled dresses we wanted to try on, WITHOUT a consultant. The staff was nice, however quality and quantity of time spent with each bride to be was horrible. My bridal party information wasn't entered in the system after I provided it, they sized me wrong and gave me very few styles of dresses to try on.
This place is bananas. I ordered a bra and it arrived 10 inches smaller than advertised. Now I have to pay shipping to return it because you can't return anything to the store. This is completely ridiculous, now my fitting will have to wait another week, at least, until I can get a new bra- of course from a different company. I will literally NEVER do business with any David's Bridal again. They refuse to work with their customers. Extremely disappointed in the David's Bridal in Florence, KY. Received my satin bridesmaids dress extremely wrinkled. I was told to come back closer to the wedding date and they would steam out all of the wrinkles for me. Went today and was told that the typical steam would not get the wrinkles out and I would need to get the $15 press if I wanted it to look right. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I worked in clothing retail for 5 years, and was assistant manager for 1 of those years! I have never experienced anything so disrespectful and degrading. I felt so uncomfortable and horrible about myself while spending time in this horrid store! The first visit buying my dress was great, but the other 10 times I had to go there was horrible!
