My experience with this place keeps getting worse. I ordered my wedding gown the size they told me to when it came in it was way to dig so they said they would order me the smaller size, but I guess they never did I called to see when my dress would be in an the lady told me she would have to call back with the information. I got a voicemail that stated my dress would be here in 3 days the next day after the voicemail I got an email that said thank you for your order also stated it was an off the rack purchase and it came fr... read more
The staff were not very friendly, helpful or professional looking. There has been nothing but issues with the dress, veil and bridesmaid dresses. Bridesmaid dresses were all ordered together and one came in a different color. One was reorders in a different size and then the alterations ended up costing more than the dress! Not recommending this place to anyone! Too many other options out there you'd think they'd be working a little harder to gain customers.
Made an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. My question is why was an appointment needed when we got zero help from the employee whom was assigned to us?
Told them my budget for my wedding dress and they didn't even care. Showed me dresses double my budget, without me knowing prices. Fell in love with a dress, and as I said I loved it and thought this was it, they told me the price. Again, double my budget. Ended up buying the dress(and sash, veil, jewelry and flower girl dress), just got married Saturday and before our first picture my sash had lost a jewel. Would give it no stars if i could, customer service is unbelievably terrible. Go somewhere else at all costs!!!!
