The first dress was the wrong color, they they then had me order a larger size since I felt the halter neck pulled. It turns out only the neck needed adjustment. They wanted to charge me $30 less than the cost of the dress for alterations instead of ordering me the right size. I'm glad that someone else is doing the alterations at a third of the price. Shady and will never give them my time of day again.
Was in the area last weekend and stopped by David's Bridal in Tukwila to get my daughters shoes for an upcoming wedding. Asked the clerk about when will her dress is in? She let me know oh it's here in the back. Really No-one could let us know, we ordered this in back in April & waiting to see if we need to have alterations done or not? It has been 1week since my encounter with an employee from the Mays Landing David's Bridal Store. I wanted to sleep on it, and did so 6 times in fact, before making the decision to lodge a complaint. So here I am, a week later and 1 failed attempt to get a hold of customer service under my belt (25 minute expected wait time). Horrible service!! I will never reccommend this location to anyone ever again..i bought my dress 7 months ago,it has never been taken out of the bag never altered or anything...i recently found out i was pregnant and obviously will not be able to wear this gown...i was told over the phone that refunds could be exchanged if the dress was not bought on clearance or touched which it wasnt...i went in tonight asked for a manager who was rude and did not want to give us her name at first...tyisha was the manager on staff at least... read more
