Went to pick up my dress from alterations first they could not find it then when she did it was not ready was told to come back three days later when I came back my dress was missing beads and the train was dirty. Was told they would work on it went to other stores came back when I put on the dress alterations was done but you could not tell was asked who pinned me and was to they was new was told to come back before the store close waiting to see what else is wrong
I had THE wost experience at this location. Alexis helped "order" my dress and ordered it in the wrong size. When it came in, there was makup on the dress and it was filty. 8 weeks later, I finally get the correct dress. Then my mom and I order shoes...a month goes by and I hear nothing from the store. I call and am told the shoes are "probably" in since they got a shipment in that day, but they haven't had the time to go through it. I call the next day and I'm accused of taking the shoes with me when we bought them! They ne... read more
Service was terrible. Most of the dresses were in awful shape. The fastest they could order a dress was over 6 weeks.
