I had an apt today and they took forever to come get me then the girl at the front told me to stop pulling dresses that it was the stylist job to pick dresses for me I told her I knew which dresses I wanted to try on which is why I pulled them. As soon as we came into the store the saleswoman acted as though she didn't want to help us. I was shoved into a dressing room behind a rack of dresses and had to fight my way in and out. There were no mirrors in the dressing room. No one assisted us with different sizes and what little help we did get, was done with eye rolls and sighs. It's not the experience you hope for your baby sister's wedding. My sister made an appointment at David's Bridal. There wasn't enough room for her party. the manager saw we were unhappy and did finally help us. The only other thing is they didn't have the dress available that she came to try on. i would recommend if you are unhappy find the manager.
There was really no point in making a appointment for this place because I did almost everything myself. My consultant was around for maybe 5 minutes and then we didn't see her agin until we were walking out of the store. Customer service goes a long way with me and I didn't feel very welcome here.
First visit as a bride, was treated very rudely and was not helped at all. 2nd time as a bridesmaid, walked in for my appointment only to find out that this location does not carry any VW dresses...seriously?!? Maybe say that when I call to make the appointment before I drive up there...or on the website when I click the link ON THAT dress's page to make an appointment...ended up driving 30 minutes to another location which was great..this one-not so much.
