My sisters wedding dress came packaged in a tiny box for the detail of her dress . They also shipped it ups that left it on the front door step all day .
Just had the most unpleasant most disappointing experience today at this facility. So, unprofessional. I got out of work early just to drive 1 hr to have alterations done on a dress and never got it done. Because, an employee did not give me the right information. (Mind you, I had an appointment somewhere else in Kissimmee to get this done and canceled because I thought this place was going to be better) little did I know it was not!!!!. Shame on you David's Bridal for charging more to alter a bridesmaid dress than the dress cost. My niece was just there--you originally quoted her $60 to $75 and then charged $145. I'm making sure the rest of the girls find someplace else to have their dresses altered.
My initial appointment for my wedding dress went great. After that it all fell apart. First, when I ordered my wedding dress they put my email address wrong in the system. So I didn't receive a confirmation of purchase. I had to call them to make sure everything was going okay with my dress and to find out the date my dress would be delivered. Had 2 of 5 of my brides maids dresses ripped before the wedding even started and another just never came in. Made my big day much more stressful than it had to be. They were rude and unhelpful about getting the dress that never came in. I'd recommend no o e use them. There are much better places out there
