When we first walked in we were greeted, several employees standing around but they did say hello. We told them we were there to try on bridesmaid dresses, after a few minutes the lady at the front desks says " I will be right back with your dress" WHAT DRESS I HAVENT TRIED ANY ON. IT was a mess from the VERY START. Worst service I have ever experienced from a wedding venue. If you're like just about every bride and expect to feel like a princess during your moments of planning. Do NOT go to this location. -Lack of assistance -Rude employees -Incorrect inventory listings
My name is Jessica and I recently became engaged to my boyfriend of 9 years. I was so happy to start planning for our big day but more excited to shop for my dream dress! I drove from San Francisco to your Ontario location just to try on dresses near my bridesmaids. We had this date planned for 2 months. I went to David's bridal with my sister in law to try on dresses. She had just gotten out of work and I had workout clothes on. The employees gave us sideways looks, didn't offer a "hello" or "good afternoon" and didn't ask us once if we needed assistance as we wandered their weirdly organized racks for 15 minutes. A total "Pretty Woman" moment.
This stores customer service is the pits. 4 months and no bridesmaid dress. A stock dress really it's not that hard! Will never ever use this store again. All other dresses in amazingly those dresses were also cheaper because when the others ordered their dresses were on sale. So we are punished for ordering in a timely manner. Don't even get me started on the brides dress sitting there for 2 weeks and then the call to come pick it up within3 days or it would be sent back. This store is the pits.
Sales rep was polite, but not knowledgeable about dresses. After choosing the brides dress, I saw a dress for the brides mother on wall display and asked about it. They dismissed it by saying that they didn't know what or where the number of the dress was. I told them that they were false advertising. We finally bought both pricey dresses, but will not go back for any other purchases.
So far I have only been impressed with one employee there who knows what she is doing. They charged my daughter $1.00 for a swath of clothing after our wedding party had spent well over $1,000.00 for dresses. On top of that, my other daughter, who is a bridesmaid, her dress was shipped with another dress over 2 hours away to a location we did not specify. My daughters and I had an appointment today to purchase a Mother's dress for my granddaughters wedding. We were greeted by consultant and I use the term loosely. Lucy came to the front of the store dressed more appropriately to clean the garage than assist brides. We had taken a list (6) dresses we were interested in seeing. She gathered the dresses, put them in the fitting room and then proceeded to do other things, only helping zip a dress when asked a couple of times.
