This place is a joke. My first experience there was when I was shopping for a beach wedding dress, ready to buy, & they wouldn't let me try anything on because I didn't have an appt. So I proceeded to buy one down the street. My second experience was making an appt for my cousin to try dresses on, we had to search high & low for an associate when we needed one & most of them were socializing & not busy. I've been here several times in the past month to get the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. Each time I go with one of my girls, the total is different. I ask why and they can never tell me. It's not a few dollars, it's a $22 difference. I understand they have sales but they can't tell me what they are?? On top of this, each staff member here has the WORST customer service skills I've ever seen. They all have such bitchy attitudes. I can't imagine working here. I won't ever come here again. My little sister found her prom dress and the only nice associate was the one who worked with my sister. I wasn't even allowed to look at wedding dresses because I didn't have an appointment and they told my other sister she could try on bridesmaids dresses. So, we picked a few out and sat down with them and they took them and hung them back up and didn't get her a fitting room. They were super rude and were not very personal at all. I would never recommend this location. Drove quite a bit to be treated poorly.

This store seriously made my part of my wedding experience horrible. One. Every time I came there y'all were extremely rude towards me AND my guests. Y'all acted like you did not want to help us. 2. You did not save, like you said you would, the right dress I wanted for my bridesmaids. So thanks to y'all all my bridesmaids have maternity dresses, instead of just two of them. I had a terrible consultant she wouldn't listen to my ideas or theme my moh is blind I felt very rushed while letting her feel the material as that's the only way she can be part of it. Wanted to try a pair of shoes on couldn't find the box I asked my consultant and she walked away. Very disappointing experience and not very patient with my moh !! I would not go back to this store.
Not even a hello when we came in. Totally ignored because we didn't have an appointment, yet staff can stand around chatting
