Had the worse possible experience today. Had an appointment that was supposed to be an hour and half but once we got there we were told we only had an hour. Barely got to look at dresses before I had to try on. Only got to try on 5 dresses before my appointment was over with. Got griped at because my friend laced one dress all the way up. Felt rushed the entire time. Asked if we could try on dresses without the consultant but was told no. Will not be going back here.
We ordered two bridemaids dresses from The Grand Chute location, both were wrong. Luella was our useless employee that "helped us".
It was hot, staff weren't courteous, helpful, professional.. horrible
Horrible. Had cash in hand reaady to lay it down. Received no service. Looked down on me. snotty workers who had better things to do than offer me any help. Will never be back. Went elsewhere and paid way less for way better!

We had an appointment and the woman treated us very poorly. They had over booked the store and the service was terrible. They decided which gowns my daughter could try on. When she found one she was interested in the salesgirl stood there demanding to ring the bell for say "yes to the dress" The dress has arrived, no notification and they put it in the mail. Avoid this place at all cost. It is the worst service I have ever received and I plan to tell everyone I run into.
My niece ordered a dress and tried cancelling it immediately and they refused charging her anyway. She's pregnant and her fiance is about to be deployed. Customer service was completely rude. They only care until they get your credit card! I think we will be doing all business with Wendy's from now on!!!
Went there to order my bridesmaids dress and I tried on a dress in my size but wanted a different dress so the lady that was helping us I thought understand that but Nope I was wrong...... She ordered me the dress I tried on not the dress I wanted!!! So not they have to reorder my dress and the wedding is may 21st and my dress won't be in until may 15th and I still have to get alterations!!!! Ugh!!!!
