They are terrible! I got my wedding dress there and love it. The same day I bought my dress, we picked the bridesmaids dresses. Since we had time, I waited to have the bridesmaids get measured. When we did go in December 2015 (for a May 2016 wedding) they told me that our dresses were no longer available. We picked new dresses that night. When 3 of my 6 bridesmaids ordered their dresses we were told it would take 17-22 weeks to get them. I had an appointment set for my flower girls to try on dresses. Also to pick up my dress and try it on. The girl I was set up with was no help. I kept asking for dresses to have the girls try and she said oh I don't think we have that size and said she can show me where it's at, and I can look for myself. With my dress it's a corset back, and I had to ask her to help me and when she did, she yanked it down and ripped the back a little. The attitude she had seemed like she had no motivation to help us. Just throwing it out there. Davids Bridal treats everyone who is Hispanic like crap. So I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Waited 3.5 hours to try on dresses. The staff was rude. The management did not care. Very very bad service! Do not go here!
Rudeness all around you walk in and don't get acknowledged and the styles are very limited for bridesmaid dresses.
They want you to sign up for a credit card so I can hurry up and get their money. But needless to say they never tell you that they will take the dress but all sales are final!!!!!!! Don't ever buy from David's Bridal they are a rip-off!!!!!!! Know stuck with a $1500 that they will not return but will give store credit. Had 3 different Consultants that didn't give a crap about you only wanted the sale!!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO THERE! !!!!!!!!
If I could rate less than a 1 I would. My brother's fiancée bought a dress and it turned yellow, and they had it for 12 days and didn't get it clean. We had found the dresses and the color we wanted for the bridesmaids dresses and had to change the color because it was going to take 15 weeks and the wedding was in a couple months (wouldn't be in until a week after the wedding) once one of my fellow bridesmaids picked up her dress and it has tears and rips all over it. Future Daughter in law made appt we arrive 1/2 hr early to look over dresses our consultant approaches us tells us we only have time to try on 5 or 6 dresses only. When questioned management that this was never mentioned when appt scheduled they said they would talk to consultant. They must have because she took it out in attitude afterwards. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life; you would think in the business that they're in the women would have a little more of it. They were rude and very impatient. Although I tried a dress that I somewhat liked I left in on the rack because they didn't even deserve the sale. I would never step foot in this establishment again. As a consultant I know what great customer service standards look and sound like and they lacked it all.
