I love the consultants but I ran into a issue and need to not buy the original dress I called an talked to someone and they said I'd get a call back from the manager.... that never happened! That was last Tuesday! ....?

I was very disappointed in this place. The consultants were terrible and we never knew where ours was even at half the time. We took it upon ourselves to find dresses. Then when another group came in they threw our stuff on the floor and the consultant shoved us back in a corner to try stuff on and told us we could sit on the jewelry counter or the floor. I couldn't believe how incredibly rude the employees were and I will NEVER go back to this place.

This place is nightmare with the rudest staff I have ever encountered anywhere in my life. Shopping for your big day is supposed to fun and exciting. Instead, it was a nightmare. Like us coming in was an inconvenience. Not one employee so much as cracked a smile. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Very disappointed.

We went today to shop for my daughter's wedding dress. First they told us we didn't have an appointment after we made it online. Second the rushed us through. The manager actually told my daughter you are wasting my time since you don't know what you want.

Suggestions: 1. Make an appointment at least a week ahead of time. Don't bother getting there early if you make your appointment on a Saturday as you will still have to wait. 2. When you make your appointment, ask for the sales person that has the platform that day. If it's Megan, you're in luck - she is very patient and has the ability to listen to the bride and help pull dresses she believes the bride will like. And she was correct. 3. First of all I called to make an appointment 6 weeks ahead, the lady took down all of my information and said that if she had a problem making the appointment then she would call me. I never received a call so I thought that every thing was well and I called to verify 3 weeks after that, and my appointment was never made. So I had to wait to make it again. My daughters were bridesmates in a wedding Nov 2015. Purchased same size for both girls size 4, Well the day of the wedding both dresses the seam in the back pulled apart, we were only at the church. Not happy with the satin one shoulder dresses. I reached out to management and explained the situation: Outcome....... We will sew it for free, really all day they were aggravated the day of the wedding like that was not enough. I will never set foot in this building again. From the moment I walked into this Cattle Call, I could tell it was going to be a nightmare. After waiting ten minutes for my own appointment, I wandered around a very disorganized store full of dirty broken dresses. The stylist brought me dresses that were over my budget and finally when we got to the fitting room, I was ready to have a panic attack. The place was packed with people.
