Horrible service when trying on wedding dresses for the first time, ruined my experience. Consultant was never around, she was rude, no one made me feel special or even ASK what I liked or was looking for. I could go on forever about how horrible my experience was. My full ONE STAR review is on Yelp. Will NEVER go back.
I would not recommend this location of David's bridal. The staff here are incompetent and lack customer service skills. Corporate should spend time training their staff. Another thing I noticed is that several girls were standing around doing nothing. One of those girls could have been helping my bridal party instead we shared a stylist/ consultant with another bride. I was the bride and I was running to get my maids dresses in their size. Everything was fine I thought until my bridesmaid picked up her dress and they had ordered a size 8 for her when she had requested a size 4. When she called them they said they had size 8 written down so there is nothing they can do and she can pay an extra charge for rush alterations... They wrote it down wrong and now we have to pay extra to have it altered.
Nothing has changed. Went their last night.Jamaican lady was rude lazy. Not helpful at all. Kept disappearing. Telling us everything was discontinued. Rushed us as well.Then when i picked a dress i liked she said very snub thats a Vera Wang as if i couldn't afford it. Me and my girlfriend walked out.
My daughter had a horrible and traumatic experience in this poor excuse for a bridal shop. Her friend had called and made an appointment for my daughter and myself and scheduled under her name. We showed up up proceeded to look at dresses while waiting for a sales person. My daughter picked two dresses she wanted to try. When our sales person (and I use that term very loosely) was ready we went to speak to her. Just had the worst customer service at David's Bridal on sawmill rd. I walked in and tried on 2 dresses on my own. I was not greeted when I walked in or asked to sign in or make a bridal appt therefore I did not no to do so. No sign saying to do so either. I had 2 different dresses in my hand and was walking back to the dressing room when a lady asked my who was helping me. I said I had been in the store for an hr and no one has helped me. Incredibly rude staff. Our questions seemed like an inconvenience to staff. Our consultant disappeared after bringing us sample styles, didn't offer to help any of us in/out of dresses. Will not be bringing my business back here.
