The alterations department was wonderful. They did a great job except for a small unnoticeable tear. And they were on time and ready. That same day i was also supposed to pick up my veil which was shipped. They lost my veil and stated someone picked it up however would not give me a printout of who picked it up. They never gave me a printout. The manager said she would go look except she never came back for almost an hour. Shopping at David's Bridal was the worst experience of my life!!! From the moment I walked in not a single person ever asked me if I needed help or did ever smile or congratulate me on my marriage. The David's Bridal staff was the most insincere and unwelcoming group of persons I have ever met and made me feel like criminal through out the whole process. Have a budget of 300 for a prom dress...drove 2 hrs ...5 employees in here 3 customers...you would think someone would have approached us to help us ...3 employees walked past me 2x. Started sweeping n shit.... David's Bridal in Huntsville worst service ever. And BTW I made it be known we were looking for a prom dress...and didn't even say anything as we left..
Wedding was cancelled bridesmaid dress was never altered. Just picked up. And no returns allowed. Order online because atleast than you can return it!
After a recent visit to Davids Bridal in Westwood I would NOT recommend this store to anyone at all. RUDE , RUDE, RUDE. Simply could not be bothered to assist in anyway I told not to look around that is not allowed , I should go on line and look ! After stating that it was difficult to get any idea viewing on line , I asked if they had a book. The level of incompetence in the staff is truly mind blowing. I hope none of my friends ever choose dresses from this place again. Pure hell
Just tried to get some help with an issue I was having with an advertisement on the web page. I called three times. The first two associates were very kind and tried to help me out. I reached Karen on the third try. She was curt and not someone who should be answering the phone. I appreciate the kindness of the first two associates, but Karen turned me off of doing any business at this store.
Went to try on bridesmaid dresses with the bride and other bridesmaids. We had an appointment and a woman "helping" us. I understand it's the middle of the bridal season, but we were not tended to as we should have been (we were checked on maybe 3 times in the hour and a half we were there). The bride found 5 dresses, from the DB website, that she wanted us to try on, and the store only had 3 of them. It started off great while picking my bridesmaids dresses and the staff put the dresses in the system. Once it was time for some of the bridesmaids to order, they could not find my party or me in the system. On 3 different the consultant was insisting the bridesmaids were all in one color after 3 of the 7 bridesmaids informed them they were not. Then they deleted one of the bridesmaids from the system.
