We came today to find MY wedding dress, to start it off the selection was horrible. All of the dresses looked the same. Big ball-gowns, all over the place. None were mermaid/trumpet style. Very few had lace, and 95% were off white. Looked like they had sat in storage for years! Well the consultant did not listen to the style I liked, she picked a couple for me to try on. Not MY style!! Picking up my dress and veil today! Thanks again, David's Bridal Rockford for NOT calling me after 3 weeks. Had to look in my spam folder (which I never do), which says it's been over 14 days since it's arrival and needs to be picked up. Just a tip to CALL THE CUSTOMERS! 2nd time with this location. #davidsbridal
