Went to pick up my daughters prom dress from alterations, had an appt. The dress had not even been started when we got there, after 4 hours of waiting they brought out the dress, my daughter was crying the dress had been butchered. Tatiana worked for several hours to fix the dress and I was given a refund of all alteration charges, the dress is not perfect but it looks so much better than when they first brought it out for my daughter to try on, like it was perfect. It was horrible!!!!
I do not think highly of this place. My sister is planing her wedding and we went through Davids Bridal and we have had the worst experience. We had an appointment and when we got there we were showed to our fitting room and then the lady helping us was no where to be found the rest of the time we were there. Then we find out that the dress she had chosen was too short for one of the other bridesmaids and we had to go back . Got the same lady, who again showed us our fitting room and then was no where to be found. So need... read more
I'm only giving one star because we did actually find our dresses for the bridesmaids. However our experience was less than enjoyable. We were left to hunt for dresses on our own while our consultant helped another bridal party and proceeded to give away our dressing room. When we finally got her attention she gave us an attitude and was not very personable in the least.
