My experience has been simply nothing but headaches. Probably will never purchase anything again from David's bridal. I am thankful all my bridesmaid dresses came undamaged. Poor online and in store customer service. And they basically won't give a refund, exchange or store credit for anything so please be cautious. I wish I could say good things but that would be a lie. I would like to Thank them for Getting my bridesmaid dresses quick and unharmed.
After being told that to get the bridesmaids dresses we wanted we had to order in Nov 2013 so we did now it's wedding time and the dresses are wrinkled and David's bridal says that's not our problem. Poor customer service, that's was the store manager that told me that . They want me to pay to press there product that should be looking good and standing tall so the girls would look pretty on the special day but again it's only about the money and not there product looking good ...BEWARE
Would go with a zero if possible. If I didn't love the dresses I would have walked right out the door. Half of my wedding party is engaged and stated that they will not be brining their weddings to the store.
