So upset after picking my dress up. When I shopped for a dress a few weeks ago I didn't receive the great customer service that I thought I would be getting, the lady helping was not very helpful& way more focused on everything else.But I let that go because I was happy I found a dress. UNPROFESSIONAL. They made ME a follow up appointment today at 930 and said they didn't open until 11 and couldn't take me until then. People have to work I can't change plans last minute because of your mistake. Stormed out and NEVER returning to this location again. You guys are terrible.
