I must be the bride that had all the bad luck with this place. Thank god I will never have to do this again!
Awful costumer service. Not accommodating at all! The bride and everyone in our large bridal party was left stranded, very stressed and overwhelmed. We will never come here again
Absolutely the worst place ever. For what is supposed to be one of the most joyous times in my daughters life turned out to be the worst. The customer service is terrible. Never would I have expected to be treated so horribly by someone in this business. Waste of time and money. Please, no one waste your time at this store. Especially in Glen Burnie, MD.
My wife went there tonight 3/27/14 to purchase a dress for my daughters wedding and because we are Caucasian the girl behind the register attempted to raise the price of a dress that was on hold for us. When my wife tried correct her she then argued and refused to pay attention to us during the purchase. She then wrote on my wife, yes with an ink pen! If it wasn't for my daughter wanting the dress they may have left without it!!!
