This was my daughter's experience...I bought my wedding dress at Davids Bridal and was happy with my purchase. I decided to have them do the alterations thinking they were experts and would likely get the dress done more efficiently than taking it somewhere else. I was SO wrong! David’s bridal has awful customer service. Ordered a dress in the size they told me and it came way too small and with a large tear. They refuse to repair or even replace the dress that their associate sold to me in the size and is damaged.

ATTENTION!!!!! PSA Buyer beware David's bridal has a 7 day refund policy on garments from date of purchase even if your dress takes 4 months to receive so what happens if it arrives and is the wrong size, color and coming apart,mind you it was shipped and balled up in a bag, they can't even afford a box? You can only exchange or get a store credit, so you need to exchange because your the maid of honor and you can't go down the aisle NAKED, so you exchange dress for correct size and that one won't be here for 4 months eit... read more
Bad experience from the start. Rushed four of us through our dress selection when we had an appointment scheduled . 3 of our dresses didn’t have tags-which became a problem later The dresses had been tried on by so many people they weren’t in very good condition and still asking full price During the 7 day return period I was in quarantine but David’s would not honor a return even tho it was impossible and irresponsible for me to go into their store . One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I was in 3 weddings this year, in August, September and October. I ordered all 3 dresses from the Easton location back in February. All in a size 14. My August dress arrived 10 days before the wedding... in a size 4. Both the other dresses were size 14... and this one was a 4.
