Such a joke. Entire family left feeling awkward and uncomfortable. If you want a personalized and "bridal like" feel when you go to try and find you dress, do not come here. My styalist Tiana would not stop checking her click in front of everyone. She rudely and abruptly said no and refused to pull a gown my family had in mind for me. She didn't talk much. I was very disappointed with my first experience I had at David’s Bridal 8/15/17. The store manager was rude. I came in to pick up two dress that were paid for already and to find a strapless bra to wear under my maid of honor dress. The stylist got my zipper jammed. I believe after the 4th bra fitting my stylist was getting tried and did not take the time to properly zip up my dress. Worst worst worst, if you can go somewhere else, DO IT!!! Been up there 3 times for 3 different garmets that were the wrong size, one being the corset! Thankfully I caught it before the wedding day! Then my dress I was assured would "for beautifully" did not fit and they didn't seem concerned, told me I could just return it. I should not have to pay for alterations! I will be making 7 trips before I'm done, and I live like 45 minutes away. They offer no help and the workers are rude and condescending. I will make sure anyone... read more

I was shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding. I picked a few then asked for a fitting room. I was told to check in up front. I did and they said, "let me see IF someone is available." I waited 10 minutes for someone to escort me to the fitting room (plenty of rooms open). I can understand this policy if I was looking for a wedding dress but I was not! DB will be my last resort in the future.

When I first walked in the ladies at the front dress just looked at me. I did find a beautiful dress on my own. Not sure if I would return.

I had my first appointment in January 2017 at which time I purchased/ordered my wedding dress. I purchased a slip and a bra at that time as well. I went to pick up the dress and it had been ordered in the incorrect color, Davids Bridal was very friendly, they ordered the correct color, kept the incorrect dress and exchanged with no problems. The correct dress came in in May at which time I picked it up and all was well. I was very happy with my stylist, she was great, very nice, helpful and personable. I had my first ... read more

Overall, I came and did what I needed to do. It was an okay experience, but my "stylist" was not very helpful. I would rather not disclose the name. I'm not sure if she was new or just having a bad day but I wouldn't recommend her. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very nice but once my assigned stylist came out, I didn't even know she was my stylist, she just made eye contact and asked me if I needed help with dresses. I stopped and asked "Hi, how are you?" and then she gave a semi-formal greeting. I let her know that... read more
