Both stores are pricey. They are not customer focused. They won't xfr dresses from one store to the next. They don't communicate w each ot hv They are overpriced for alterations. Not customer focused for bridesmaids just on brides. policy and stipulations change way too frequently.

Terrible customer service. Do not go there!!! They did not inform my fiancé and I that I could not try any dresses on until after I picked 5 out to try. They stated I needed to make an appointment and come back another day LOL. It was 620 pm and I was ready to try them on. They closed at 730. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Not only did it take our assistant 20-30 minutes to come assist us after registering at the main desk but we were rudely treated by the other employees. They were making rude comments to one another in a rather loud voice. No matter the situation, an employee should not be speaking negatively about customers rather encouraging them and finding a solution or the perfect dress. Ok, so after reading a few reviews I see I am not alone, this locations customer service sucks. My sales associate was so busy trying to cash me out. I had to tell her several times, I am not ready!. I still needed shoes and accessories. She really rushed the entire process with me. Our stylist, Dhea, was wonderful. She listened to what we wanted and was very open and honest with expected arrival times, etc. What wasn’t great? The fact that they mixed my party up with a different one so they had my wedding date wrong which caused an issue with the dress color we wanted, they weren’t prepared for my 3 bridesmaids and shoved them all into one room, and our stylist was working with atleast 3 or 4 other groups. This is the nicest David’s bridal I have been in however look can be deceiving. The customer service is awful our lady gave us 90mins and within the first 60expected the bride to be done trying on dresses & pick the one she kinda liked. She refused to pull anymore dresses which made no sense because we still had 30mins. We hoped for better service here considering the Dayton location is just as crappy..
