My first time shopping for a wedding dress should be a magical moment and one I'll never forget! shopping at this location was anything but magical. I came in and told them my budget and they made me feel awful and they kept saying well you wont find anything you want with your budget. when I was in the dressing room a few associates were around the corner talking about me and my family. Worst experience, would never recommend going here. Apparently made the worst decision making this my first stop to look for a wedding dress. Worst customer service. Was rushed during my entire appointment, even though we arrived 15 minutes before the start of my appointment which was at 2, did not try my first dress on until 2:35. The consultant kept saying hurry up hurry up your times almost up, my boss won’t let me go over an hour for your appointment, was ripping dresses off of me and throwing another one on. Had my appt in easton the store manager was a doll seamed generally excited! I did have my turd head 2yr old who hadent had a nap which i am truly sorry for but all my sitters were at the appt with me and they were told not to let him run. So I have been to David’s on several occasions, todays visit was as a bridesmaid at the new Easton location. I do have to say the customer service was slightly better for Easton than past experienceces but with this new location it seemed like they are working the consultants harder. The consultant we had was friendly and helpful but seemed over worked between our group and the brides group next to us and how is that fair???? Especially for that other bride. I don't ever complain when it comes to sales associates at a store, but literally the worst customer service ever at this Easton location. And this wasn't the first instance. I ordered a dress from David's online and brought it into the store to try on a few months ago. I had made an appointment ahead of time and when I got there and checked in, I wasn't in the system (even though I had a confirmation email). My appointment was rushed, and I didn't feel I got the true bride experience. The lady spent a half hour just trying to find me a proper corset and that left me half hour for my dresses. She rushed through the veils and got mad when my aunt wanted me to try a pair of shoes to match " the dress". Not at all happy.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. I will never recommend shopping here. The ladies were rude. The women I had was mad at me because I couldn't find a dress that I liked and I was too picky. After trying on three dresses, I had enough. I said screw it and that I would get my dress somewhere else. I have had a horrible experience with them from ordering what I thought was a dress made for me that ended up being a sample dress from another store that came covered in makeup to getting a completely different dress only to find out they altered it poorly. I spent 2 hours at the one in Easton yesterday while they "fixed" my dress. I'm so upset and am disappointed that I will now be walking down the aisle on my big day in a botched dress that I don't feel beautiful in.
