I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I called this afternoon to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. 5 hours later I receive a call to tell me that my appointment is being rescheduled to October 13th, FOUR WEEKS before my wedding. I understand that things happen but you need to find a solution for your customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT waste your time or money here.

Don’t waste your time or money! Received my bridesmaid dress today at 7pm (they shipped it to me from the store yesterday). It looks nothing like the one we ordered. Called in and spoke to Bailey who seemed annoyed to even have to deal with me. She basically called me a liar so I ended the conversation nicely. Is there anyway to get ahold of anyone?? My wedding is still on for JUNE 6th!! & my alterations appointment has been canceled . I understand the concern with the virus but you should still be accepting appointments for brides with alterations.

I was being rushed when it came to trying on the dresses. Never got my bridal bag that I was supposed to get. When I received my dress it looked different than the one I had picked out in the store. An it didn't even fit when the one I tried in the store did just fine.

My first time entering, no one told me I needed to sign in or have an appointment as I was looking for a gown for a special occasion. When I was looking for dresses I spoke to the manager who guided me. I did not know I wasn’t allowed to pull dresses from the rack without a consultant until someone else ran up to me and asked why I had dresses and I could not do that. I went to David's Bridal to find a dress for my Vow Renewal to my husband of 22 years and dresses for our daughters. My experience today was wonderful all thanks to Lizzy. She was so great and patience is one of her strong qualities. She worked hard to understand what I liked and didn't like about each dress. when I was stuck between two dresses, she added accessories which helped me pick the perfect dress. When writing this review it’s hard for me, earlier this year I went and found my amazing wedding dress! With the most amazing experience!! But today I went in with my bridal party and I am not happy. I had pretty good service when I originally went in for my appt. found my dream dress and said yes to the dress. The lady that checked us out said the dress wouldn’t be in till AT LEAST April. However I finally got a call today and I wasn’t able to get to my phone and they left a voicemail. The voicemail said that my dress has been in since the end of March (bought it March 2nd) and that this was my final notice and they would no longer be held responsible or it anymore. Don’t EVER buy a dress at David’s Bridal!!! The customer service is horrible!! The stylist was double booked and spent all time with people looking for bridesmaid dresses so we had to help my daughter to fit the dress. They do not exchange anything if you plan to spend more money. They knew we wanted to exchange when we came in - but told us no when we went to check out. NO WONDER THEY ARE IN BANKRUPTCY!!!!! #davidsbridalsucks!
