When you make an appointment and say you have 5 bridemaids to size and want to look at wedding dresses they give you 1 dressing room, a half hour which someone pulls a few dresses and luckily someone helping another client tried to help us because the person that was supposed to help us was more interested in the people with bigger pockets than ours. We went here to look at wedding dresses and everyone was very rude and acted like you were wasting there time. We left and went to David's Bridal on Sawmill Road to get my ladies there bridesmaid dresses, where we didn't get any better service. The manager there was who the lady that was suppose to helping us got to help us and she was the rudest lady I have ever met. No one is helpful at all and they don't treat you with respect. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional in bridal store before let alone any store! It is such a shame to spend so much money and not be treated like they appreciate the business! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Staff was rude and too worried about "schedule." My daughter left there crying. We went to Henry's; and she said yes to the dress!!!
Hello my daughter age 20 & niece age 19 visited Davids Bridal in Columbus Ohio today Sept 7 2014. She has plans to get married and was wanting to try on gowns. Her experience in your store was less than desirable as she states the staff there were rude & not willing to help her. It is possible that they thought she was too young as she could pass for a 12 year old.
