I have been to this store multiple times and every time I have an awful experience. Very unprofessional, always have to wait even when an appointment is made and everyone seems a little lost and unsure on their duties.

When I went in to pick up my dress after alterations, I was told I did not have an appointment and my dress was not at the store. I was told to call the Sawmill to location to see if they had it. The person from Sawmill told me where to have the staff at the Easton location look. They were able to find the dress. When I went to try it on, the staff in alterations was very cold towards me. I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated after I bought my dress, 2 belts and had alterations don't by Davids.

David's Bridal proved to me that customer service is a lost Art! What should have been a 30 min. appt. turned into 4 hours and a waste of my time. My Saturday afternoon plans went up in smoke and they could not have cared any less. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Had I had other options I would have taken my money else where. NEVER again will I spend money with them. If I could return the other items I purchased from them I would do so. If I could have chosen less than a 1 star rating I would have done so.

Went to the David's bridal at easton and was really disappointed. just went to look at shoes. they had a small selection and there was a pair that i considered buying.When i found the box containing my size,I was shocked! It looked like someone had worn them before and returned them or tried them on with dirty feet. there were toe prints in the shoe. I certainly wasn't interested in buying them or anything after that. the store has only been open a few weeks so I couldn't understand why they would display something so tacky.

When I picked my dress I was told that it would be cleaned.When I went for alterations it said it would be cleaned. Needs to say it was not! I called the corporation and they basically told me to pick another dress. Alternation are horribly expensive. I wouldn't sent anyone to David's!

I went in for my fitting months ago. Ordered my dress and when it came in it was obviously a display or return. The top looked like it had been drug all over the floor. They ordered me a new one which came a few weeks later. Went in a couple months later for alterations. Alterations were VERY expensive but we went there because we were told the work was guaranteed. Went to pick up my dress and the alterations were awful. The ladies showing me the dress were appalled. They were very nice and I could tell they were embarrassed... read more
I'm a plus size bride wanting a knee length dress. I made an appointment at the Easton location to try on some of the dresses I favored online. DB doesn't have too much variety in their selection (prob not too many plus-size brides wanting short dresses). I chose not to do the whole "entourage" and went solo. The welcome was bland; the ladies up front just looked at me at first then gave me a forced hi. The young lady assigned to me was polite, but felt like she didn't want to be there.
