I bought a bridesmaid dress here and had the alterations done here as well, since there's little option in the area. The night before the wedding I found side seem and zipper seams weren't laying well, so I fixed that. No big deal at this point. then I found the seams under the armhole was gaping open. and the shirring on the bodice was loose. I fixed all this near midnight before I would wear it. I will add when I went back to complain, they did refund some of the alteration money.

Will never go back. Went to pick up my bridesmaid dress a week before the wedding and it fit perfectly still given that I'm 29 weeks pregnant and had only tried on the dress 3 weeks prior. Once the altered dress was on it had been hemmed only and the dress was above my feet. When they measured it I was barefoot so I tried it on barefoot and it was way to short. I am so disappointed with David’s Bridal. My bestfriend got her wedding dress from here and loved it. However, every single bridesmaid had issues with their dress. The lady who measured us for one measured us all completely wrong. The first bridesmaid to get her dress in it was way too small and NO weight gain happened... they told her “you must have gained some weight.” For one, how unprofessional? Bought my daughters prom dress back in February. COVID happened. Long story short David’s bridal forcing you to get in store credit instead of my money back. We won’t be needing anymore dresses. It sucks Covid happened and I think a lot of stores took some hard hits and I believe David’s Bridal should offer customers full refunds for those who do not need in store credit.
This place is a joke. U spend a lot of money on the dresses and they charge a lot to alter them. My sister got her dress from here for my wedding. Mind u she paid $200 for it. She was getting her dress altered and told the lady to take it in a little more because she knew she was gonna loose weight. They charged her $85 to alter it. She went back to try it on after they altered it and still wasn’t rite. They wanted to charge her another $85. This is ridiculous. She could have bought another dress for that much. They were amazing at helping me with a difficult situation. Found out I was pregnant after I bought the dress and when it did not fit at my fitting, they let me exchange my dress for one that worked for me with the baby bump. I could not have asked for better service.
I was a walk in and i guess the only lady available to help me was on lunch at the time. So she said we could wait for her and browse. So we did. I found maybe 2 dresses to try.. she came by and helped us but seemed to disappear a lot on us and it was akward. I'm very chill and easy to please but when she stated she "didn't have time" to finish entering my info while buying some spanx (to wear under the dress) i found it very unsettling and rude.
