Rachel W was a rockstar my daughter Jessica Marek didn't think she would find anything today and she is in shock that Rachel heard her likes and picked the dress in the first group !!! Rockstar !!!

My daughter in law went here and they were terrible. List the bride's dress twice. Ordered bridesmaids dresses too large and were very snotty when the girls complained. I truly think when you are paying $800.00 for a dress alterations would be included come on now really????

We were made to feel like an inconvenience. Never had our lady come and ask us anything while we were trying on dresses and we were crammed in the middle of a huge wedding party when there were plenty of empty rooms on the other side of the store. I will never go back!

Didn't have the dresses pulled that was picked out ahead of us coming in. Then didn't have but one of the dresses we were there to see. The store was very busy but they were only using one side of the store's dressing rooms.Way too many people in one area. The only good thing I can say is that the girl helping us was doing her best to help us. Over all not the best experience. Would not recommend them. Felt like it was bait and switch because nobody contacted us about them not having the dresses we came to see.

Awful service. Not even sure that's what you call it. Confused why they make you make an appointment. Treated me as if I was more of a bother to then than a customer. Left before trying on one dress....that was the worst experience I ever had.

It was the worst experience I've ever had there. They were very rude to my whole group of girls.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I did not get my Bridal dress from here, only the bridesmaids dresses. The only reason I chose this store was because one of my bridesmaids already had the dress I wanted from here. Each time I went into the store I was pointed to an area to pick out dresses and told there would be a note on the dressing room door with our names to try on. Three times... same experience. On June 26th my wife's sister brought in my wife's wedding dress to be preserved. The dress was sent off to a company in Texas and shipped back to her. When the dress was viewed through the window, it was wadded into the box and the belt was sagging instead of being straight across. She contacted the company that preserved the dress and they stated that they would send a box to have the dress shipped back.
