This store is a joke. My soon to be daughter in law arrived 8/15 for a final fitting and to pick up her wedding dress. No one from the alterations department was available for her scheduled appt. It was then that an “operations manager” attempted to help. Not only did she break the zipper on the dress, but then basically stabbed my DIL with the scissors she had to use to cut the zipper free, which resulted in cutting the fabric of the dress, all the while she was stepping on the train and leaving dirty footprints on it.
