Love picking up my wedding dress to realize they snagged all the way around it (in the center) during my alterations. And nothing they can do Bc it’s the week before my wedding. 🤬

Would not recommend this store to anyone I know. The service here was the worst I have experienced thus far. The lady who was supposed to be helping me in and out of dresses did not attempt to help me at all. My mother and fiancé’s mom had to continuously zip or button me up. I had even asked a few times out loud “Can someone please zip me up?” Thinking she’d take a hint that I needed assistance and nothing. Tamra the manager was rude and very racist! She treated me and my friend like we didn't exist! Gave my stylist to someone else all because we got lost getting there took us 40 mins to get help the only help we did get was from a young black girl named Kayla which was amazing! my bestfriend from Oklahoma was my stylist basically except when Kayla came over trying to help !! Could we not keep selling customer's info to Mary Kay? I understand the value in collaboration but Mary Kay is ugly, overpriced, and predatory AF. it's 2022. Switch to Urban Decay and then maybe we'll talk.
