If I could give Zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an establishment. Was in a wedding in June, myself and 7 other girls were fitted in February and bought our dresses at the same time. The day of the wedding, dresses kept ripping along the zipper and fabric (not in a too small kind of way, the fabric was poorly sewn) 5 out of 8 girls dresses ripped!! FIVE!!!! And considering the bridesmaid dresses were close to $200, without alterations or anything.. this SHOULD NOT have happened.. Anyway... ... read more

I had an appointment to try on wedding gowns yesterday and was disappointed in my experience. I was sharing a stylist with another bride, which was totally fine. My girlfriend helped me in and out of the dresses the majority of my appointment anyway. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't finding any styles that I liked, or if because the other bride being assisted was getting married much sooner than I was, but the person assisting me dropped me entirely and pulled someone different to take over for her. I went with my friend for an appointment for her to try on wedding gowns. The whole appointment seemed very disorganized. Also, while this is not location-specific, the variety of styles of wedding gowns is not great. Most of the gowns seemed very embellished, and all seem to cater to that preference. We left feeling unimpressed.

Was very rushed, and I was told I couldn’t go online and order because the colors I wanted wouldn’t be in so I had to settle on one color for my dresses and was told it was a bad idea to do different shades and none would be in on time. Ordered a couple online like I was advised not to do and they will be here in 4-9 DAYS to our homes, was very rude to one of my bridesmaids I was very displeased with the way employees acted and some of my girls had to rush to order because we were told they would not be here on time... it to... read more

Horrible! My sister was shoved in the back surrounded by prom girls for her appointment! The lady who was “helping” her kept walking away and missed seeing her in like all of her dresses and didn’t help her get into her dresses, I had to stand in the tiny room to help my sister. Then Kelly after being absent from My sisters whole appointment came up and said I am gonna help another bridal party so I’ll bounce back and forth. Very unimpressed. Do not ever shop at David's Bridal! A "non refundable company" I bought a brides maids dress in size 16 here in May, lost over 50 lbs, went back to try to exchange for a size 8 didn't have but they did have one at another store in size 12(figured I could take in the size 12 better than the size 16) they said they could exchange but not refund! I paid the $21+ to overnight ship bc the wedding was less than a week away. The dress came in, I went to go get it and they wanted me to sign and leave. I wanted to try it on. They sai... read more

Very poor experience at this store and their staff on all levels. After spending a couple grand, they messed up her sash, never made it satisfactory and all sales are final. We gave them multiple opportunities to rectify the situation. I believe that if I wasn't so persistent I wouldn't have gotten anybody to care at all. When somebody spends that kind of $ on that important of a day and they mess up, they should do everything possible to make it right! Had the worst experience at this David's Bridal! The lady was very rude and not very helpful whatsoever. I found the dress that I had to have and she told me it wouldn't be here before my wedding (btw I went to a different location and ordered that exact dress and have it!) Then my fiancé calls to make an alterations appointment for my daughter, my niece, and myself and they were rude to him! I will never go to this one again.
