Had an horrid experience at the 28th street David’s Bridal today (08/14/22). Our stylist was extremely rude and unhelpful and acted like we were a burden on her. She was very clearly annoyed with us being there, even though we were just sitting there. I’m not typically one to write bad reviews and especially call a singular person out but she should not work in a bridal shop. She very clearly did not enjoy her job or have any desire to be there. I went to David’s bridal today (6/26/22), to exchange a dress for a different size. I walked in two people at the desk totally ignored me, as if they didn’t see me. I understand that they are likely shortstaffed, but all they had to do was let me know that they would be with me in a moment. arrived there on time, thinking I would experience the great service I had before, but was wrong. it was not packed at all and was ignored by the lady attending us. she kept leaving and ignored us the whole time. we walked our and she didn't even notice that's how bad it was. Will double think again before I make a trip here sadly.

Summary: HOT, HECTIC, HELLACIOUS! I arrived with 4 family members for my 10:30 appointment. At the desk I heard that my consultant would have another bride as well, which was kind of irritating. My consultant told me to look at the racks and pick what I wanted to try on. What’s the point of choosing favorites and doing my style profile online if the consultant isn’t going to refer to it? felt ignored by our stylist. she didn't help at ALL. I showed her what I was looking for and she kept walking away and doing other things even though I made an appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

went in with my sister to find a dress for her second wedding. felt like we were treated like a second fiddle. they ignored us and gave the younger bride attention even though we both had appointments. don't recommend at all!!!!

I took my bridesmaids to look for their dresses this last Saturday & our experience was terrible to say the least. She approached us in a very rude way to start off, she pointed out one of my plus size girls right off the bat and made her feel very uncomfortable. She didn’t even bother measuring anyone and didn’t clip anyone’s dresses to give them a better feel of how it would fit on them.
