I would not recommend Davids Bridal! I thought setting an appointment and pre selecting my dresses ment that it would be ready when I walked in.. That I would get one on one fitting...Nope.. The lady who was to be assigned to my needs and fitting was also assigned to 4 other girls... I am not impressed.. I had to go out and get my pre selected dresses and two were not available!!! I had to wait in my underwear in the fittong room for a dress because the lady assisting me was also assisting everyone else.. Not a good way to r... read more

Worst customer service ever! I couldn't believe the lack of knowledge or lack of willingness to find the answers to simple questions. I found myself very upset when I left.

We had a great appointment for the wedding dress. Consultant was very friendly and attentive. Bridesmaids appointment was terrible. The consultant was never around when we needed her and we felt very rushed. But we did find the bridesmaids dress and flower girl dress. I picked up my daughter’s flower girl dress last week and she was ecstatic to put it on. However, as I zipped it up, I lost my excitement. I paid $150 for a brand new dress. Overcrowded. No space to try on dresses. Small fitting rooms, no mirrors in fitting rooms. Bride to be did not feel special at all.

My sister had an appointment for trying on bridal gowns.We were told we would share our consultant with another person and would have limited seating.Ours brought 4 dresses to try and than one more.That is it,We had to go get dresses ourselves.At one point we came out and she was just sitting down.Going to go back another day,not on Saturday.
