I was in there last night, my stylist was more worried about the girl next to me then actually helping me. When I told her what my budget was that's about the time that my bridesmaids had to start helping me because the stylist was no where to be found. She didn't help me zip up the dresses I tried on, all in all not the experience I was hoping for. I felt like she didn't want to help me because I didn't have the biggest of budgets and couldn't afford a $700+ dress.

This place was so incredibly unhelpful and left me in tears. My experience, a scheduled appointment, was not anything it should have been and I am truly disappointed in David’s Bridal for allowing their staff to act in the manor that they did.

**Edit 01/05/2018 ** Although my review from my visit on 08/30/17 still stands - I had reconsidered my decision and chose not to go back to purchase from David`s Bridal based on scare/pressure tactics I received just hours after placing my former review. Our helper Emily was no help finding my sister her dream dress. And then took time to complain about my sister to her co worker. If you want to receive good service, go somewhere else!

They double booked our appointment (which I am told by the manager is "what they do"). We had to track the girl down and ask her if she could measure our bridesmaids. She was very rude and short with us. She was wrong on every sizing once the girls started trying on dresses. We had to go get our own dresses, and help ourselves to fitting rooms. When I (the bride) asked to try on a couple of dresses at 4:30 (4 hours before their closing time) the manager looked at her watch and gave me a disgusted look. We only bought the bri... read more

I ordered a dress from the factory months ago knowing I would probably need alterations. The woman I spoke to in that department was I incredibly rude, condescending, and argumentative. I called yesterday to see if my dress was in and whoever I spoke with assured me that my dress was still in DC and though it was late would be there. I thought it was going to be a good experience when I walked in everyone was very friendly. My consultant on the other hand. She didn't make me feel comfortable at all. After a few dresses it felt like she was just pushing the last one I had tried on rather than going to find me dresses and the ONE! After I found the one she was way happier like she was thankful I FINALLY found my dress.

For those of you getting married/planning to get hitched! Do not go to #DavidsBridal! We have had nothing but trouble. First they were very unprofessional and announced our sizes in front of everyone (they told me I was a size 12 based off of my measurements...I'm a size 6). I found my wedding dress which was 500$ but when I went to go down to my correct size, the same dress, they tried to charge me 600$ bc that's what that tag said and it wasn't until my mom threw a fit they agreed to 500$. Went for alterations for the dress I bought there had an appointment for 1:30. When I got there I was told they were with someone else. I waited until 2 and went and asked when they would be done and no one could tell me. Took my dress and then walked out at 2:15. Why make an appointment? Thanks no thanks!!!!
