wasn't that great of an experience. could only chose 5 style dresses for bridesmaids with different body types. when I tried to tell the stylist (Cameron) that I didnt like certain styles it went ignored. and she seemed offended that I didn't like what she had picked... I mean if I have to wear it I should like it. I wouldn't recommend it to people who expect a certain experience.

Very disappointing experience. Walked in and there was a billion people in there. We were told to pick out dresses in a tiny space with a million other people aggressively running around choosing their dresses as well. We were taken to our area and was not given any help or attention after that. No one gives us clips to clip the dresses and no one gave any help or advice. Would not recommend! Double book appointments and then try to hurry you. I was only given 2 dresses to try on. They must work on commission because it was made clear I was not a priority. Tried to email corporate with my concerns, but never got a response. If you want a magical experience do NOT go here.

What an absolutely horrible experience I've had with this store location. We were promised dresses three different dates only for the date to continue to get pushed back. Then they had to nerve to say the first dress arrived but we didn't want it. In actualality it wasn't going to be on time so we paid for the rush order to ship a different dress from the warehouse. Well the second dress was promised July 5. When that date cam and went we decided to call on it. They never informed us that the new date was slated for two days... read more

Check the online availability for the size you need before they let you walk out with a dress thats too big after telling you your size wouldn't come in on time.

The bridesmaid specialist, Madi, was rude to us from the first word she said. We didn’t even stay five minutes because she was so rude and didn’t give us any direction on what their new rules and regulations are. Even when we tried to tell her what we wanted she kept acting like we were a problem. Before we made an appointment we went in to ask and they said they were booked until July but obviously she was wrong. Overall 0/10 don’t come here!

Went wedding dress shopping today at David’s Bridal it was NOT the experience we expected, I cannot complain one bit about the associate who helped us she was doing her best, I believe she was trying to take care of 2 brides on opposite sides of the store, my daughter had no assistance in the dressing room, most of the dresses were never clipped to see how they would look if they fit, her bridesmaids and mother’s STOOD behind sometimes two rows of people trying to see the bride in her dress as she fought to get out of the... read more

When I went there for my first appointment couldn’t ask for a better time. But when I went to pick up my dress was an awful experience! The lady behind the counter asked if I had an appointment when I said no, I needed to pick up my dress she was not as nice. She went and got my dress handed it to me looked at me with an attitude and said you want to try it on or something? I said well i would like to. My worst nightmare of bringing 2 little kids to go shopping for my daughters prom dress! We had so much help from korynna and she mad us feel very welcomed! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes!
