Horrible customer service!!! I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time. Told the lady at the front desk I would just look around until my appointment. She informed someone else that I was there and that they would come get me at my scheduled time. Waited and waited while 4 employees were standing up front talking. Finally I went up and asked them If I needed to come back at a different time. The whole time I was there not one person asked me If I needed help.
I really had No help other than my maid of honor pulling dresses for me...really nice store but all the consultants were just sitting or standing around....
A friend's gown is already a week or more late. Their solution is to explain why it is going to be even later.
OMG!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPOINTED!! I have never seen customer service so bad in my life. And I have worked plenty of jobs in retail dealing with customer service. I would think customer service should be at its upmost in a bridal store where the bride is allready under so much stress from all the planning of her big day!
