The service I received here was very very poor. I request that they have better communication not only with the clients but within the store as well. I am very disappointed and heart broken at the events that took place while I entrusted Davids Bridal Dartmouth, NS.
Booked an appt for my cousins bridal party for us to try on bridesmaid dresses. The bride of the group kept zipping up our dresses and running back to grab us the sizes we needed because our consultant did not help us at all. We asked for dress clips and she just handed them to the bride for her to do it all herself. It was terrible service, and the lady was no help to us at all.

Please be aware they do not give you a garment bag for the super expensive dress you just bought. You get the choice of buying one or taking your dress out in a garbage bag

My mom and two sisters drove from cape Breton today for an appt with David’s Bridal at 3 pm. When we arrived, we were greeted and told to check out the dresses. I’m not sure who our stylist was as she didn’t introduce herself. We picked out a few we would like to try and were shown to the dressing rooms. After that, our stylist disappeared. Better customer service when difficulties arise. Dress arrived too late for alterations and was returned, as per your instructions. Three weeks later, and still no word on a refund. Not impressed.

I found my Maid of Honour dress in January and fell in love with it. I was measured and was told to order the size I had tried on in the store which was obviously too large in the chest. I thought this was strange but then said to myself they are the experts. Big mistake. My dress came and it was even bigger than the store sample. This meant alterations were required and again I thought they work with these dresses everyday so I should have them done in-house. Mistake number 2. I have mixed emotions in whether I would recommend David’s bridal to someone. I do find they have a huge selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses but the customer service is either great or awful. I purchased my dress in May and found the perfect and most amazing dress. The women who helped was pretty helpful but they double booked her and her attention was not just on me.
