I booked an appointment for myself, as well as 4/6 of my bridesmaids. We started to browse for dresses we wanted to try on. The consultant told us we only had ONE hour and that we needed to hurry. They only had one room available for us to try on dresses. The fitting area was so jammed with people that we didn't even have a place to sit. It was absolutely awful. We tried on one dress and left. Also, FYI they will NOT exchange any dresses. I bought my gown here and I will NEVER shop here again!!
I picked out my dress in October and the sales ladies were great and I loved my dress! Fast forward to my wedding day I hadn't tried the dress on again. Put it on an hour before our wedding on Dec 31st 2016 and there was a security tag at my hip! I was so upset that this wasn't taken off!!!
I've been here twice now and had two unfavorable experiences. The first experience was while shopping for my wedding dress. My consultant was nice, but pushy with trying to make a sale and I ultimately purchased my dress elsewhere. I went back today with two bridesmaids and none of us could believe the terrible experience. Our consultant showed us photos on the wall of available dresses in my color choice, and asked us to pick some we liked. I had found a bridesmaid dress I loved online and called to schedule the appointment with a few of my bridesmaids. I had to make different trips as two of them live away and we're not home at the same time. The two girls from away were told they can call and order the dresses from the stores out west as they would have my file there. They both called the stores in Edmonton and Calgary and didn't have my name on file nor do they have the same system apparently. Will not waste my money in this store again. Went in to buy a pair of shoes for one of my bridesmaids who was unable to come to the store that day. Bought the shoes for her, and sadly, they were a size too small do to small make. Upon calling the store to inquire about a larger size, they informed me over the phone that all items are final sale. Bought my bridesmaid dress in March 2016 and had an appointment, they were shorted staffed and really spent more time in the store than I wanted. Then in May ordered the Kelsey shoe dyed apple red, took 1 visit and 4 phone calls to get any results about where it was coming from. Then today appointment and back for fitting of said bridesmaid gown, again they had too many booked and understaffed 1 1/2 hours past appointment finally finished and then the staggering alteration cost! Would not recommend this store again!
I get the vibe here that you either get amazing service, or none at all. Unfortunately in my case, I received none at all. My sister lives away so asked me if I could stop by to look at some headpieces she saw online for herself her bridal party (which includes me). I walked in and was asked by a girl behind a desk my reason for the visit, and to "sign in" (?). Very poor service once they get your money, of which they will get a lot. Alterations not acceptable considering the money they charge for them.
